Ross Donnes has practiced civil litigation since graduating cum laude from Loyola Law School in 2010, where he was a William L. Crowe Sr. Scholar for finishing in the top ten percent of his graduating class.
Since completing law school, Ross’ practice has primarily focused on complex civil litigation in the fields of land contamination, personal injury and complex commercial disputes. Ross has particular experience in current and historic environmental laws, and in rules and regulations applicable to oil and gas operations in Louisiana.
Ross has worked extensively with expert witnesses in the fields of geology, hydrogeology, engineering, and current and historic operational practices. He has practiced in state and federal jurisdictions, and before Louisiana regulatory bodies.
