Ben Wallace
Attorney
Ben is an experienced trial attorney with a diverse background. He primarily represents people whose property has been damaged by historic oil and gas operations.
After graduating magna cum laude from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Ben served as a law clerk to two different federal judges in Louisiana. He then spent several years at the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, where he worked as an Assistant Solicitor General in the Solicitor General’s Division and as an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Division. During his time at the AG’s Office, Ben represented the State of Louisiana at every level of state and federal court.
Following his stint at the AG’s Office, Ben served as Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Louisiana. As a federal prosecutor, Ben investigated and prosecuted a wide variety of federal crimes, eventually focusing primarily on fraud investigations.
Before Ben became a lawyer, he worked as a newspaper reporter in Baton Rouge.
